A personal virtual assistant is someone who helps free up your day by taking care of the tasks you either don’t have time for or just don’t want to do.

 

Which Membership Package is Right for Me?

Membership packages are based on the number of hours you think you’ll use tip top task a month. If you’re having trouble deciding, please send an email to alanglois@tiptoptask.com

 

Can We Set up a Monthly or Weekly Service Schedule? Sure! I would be happy to discuss the options that best suit your needs.

 

What Forms of Payment do you Accept?

For your convenience, I accept all major credit cards.

 

How Far in Advance do I Need to Book Your Services?

I prefer 24 hours notice for most services so that I can create a schedule that works best for all my clients. Still, I understand that’s not always possible. I will do my best to accommodate same-day service requests (a nominal fee may apply).

 

How Soon Can I Expect a CallBack or an Email Reply?

Voicemail and email messages are checked regularly throughout the day, and in most instances, you’ll hear back from me within the hour.

 

What is your Service Area?

My corporate office is based in Lakeland, FL; I am local in Polk County only. Virtual option is available as well. I have clients all over the United States.

 

What are your Hours?

I work around your schedule, each client has different needs.
